I founded Metricon Analytics after seeing the same problem over and over: growing businesses drowning in data but starving for insights. They had Shopify exports, GA4 reports, Klaviyo metrics, and QuickBooks downloads—but no clear picture of what was actually driving their business.

Most couldn't justify a full-time analyst. And most "business intelligence" solutions were either too expensive, too complex, or delivered pretty dashboards without actionable recommendations.
